Ocean Front Condo in Rocky Point

My one bedroom ocean front condo in Rocky Point, Mexico is available for rent. It's only a 4 hour drive from Tucson or Phoenix, Arizona. While staying at my condo you and your family will have access to all amenties on-site including 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, a swim-up bar, the beach, multiple restaurants and bars, a gym, a grilling area, a playground for kids, tennis and pickleball courts. You can sit on the balcony, overlooking the pools and ocean and have a meal or a drink. The balcony faces South and has an overhung roof. In the middle of the day, the balcony will be partly shaded because the sun will be over the building. In the morning the sun will be way off to the left, and in the evening, the sunset will be visible to the right. In the area there are many activities available such as golf courses, sunset cruises, whale watching, fishing, boating, jetski rides, snorkeling, ATV rentals, hiking, parasailing, superlight aircraft, and more.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including pots and pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, plastic cups, a bread toaster, a coffee machine, coffee filters, can and bottle openers, a blender, some basic spices in the pantry

The condo has the following appliances: refrigerator, freezer, stove, range, microwave, dish washer, clothing washer & dryer, hair dryer.

Electronics

The condo contains all of the following electronics: two 50 inch Smart TVs, high speed internet( > 100 Mbps), telephone, DVD players. Some guests like to bring various streaming account sign-ins like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. There are also several free channels such as the Roku Channel, Tubi TV, Pluto TV, YouTube TV, and more.

Miscellaneous Items

The condo contains other items such as board games for all ages, music CDs, DVDs, books, and more.

Amenities

Outside the resort there are many amenities at the resort including 3 pools, one heated year round, 2 hot tubs, a swim-up bar in the heated pool, lounge chairs all around the pool area with many umbrellas, the beach, many palapas (straw umbrellas) with lounge chairs on the beach, multiple restaurants and bars, a gym, a grilling area, a playground for kids, tennis and pickleball courts. The swim-up bar serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, appetizers, and meals. Drinks include bottled water, lemonade, soda, beer, wine, cocktails.

There are several restaurants on site and within a short few minute walk from the resort.

• Sonoran Sea Swim-Up Bar - Have food or drinks without leaving the pool. Open during the busier hours.

• Banditos - Sports bar with Mexican food. $8 "Hangover" breakfast platter. Just a short walk from the Sonoran Sea Resort.
